Anxiety

Overwhelmed or irritable? Engaging in catastrophic thinking or critical self-talk? When we experience anxiety, it can feel big, heavy, and sometimes insurmountable. I have a lot of experience helping people cope with anxiety, in both the personal and professional realms. In therapy, we will use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to address anxiety in a new way. ACT has a way of making the seemingly unmanageable, manageable. We will practice ways to interact with anxiety so that it has less control over your life.
